Roasts . . . . 

Roasts are available boneless and bone-in.  Boneless roasts include rolled rump and eye of round.  These on average weigh between 3 and 5 pounds.  Arm roast, top round roast and bottom round roast are sometimes available.  Please feel free to ask if interested in these cuts.  Chuck roasts are available bone-in.  These on average weigh between 3 and 5 pounds.
